When you click the "Sync…" button in a synchronization setup, it will find all files which are different in the two indicated folders.

When the "Show files to copy" box is checked, Synchronize! Pro shows you these files before starting to copy them.

To start coping immediately, without showing the files to be copied, leave the box unchecked.
